April 2010 the Fab-5 art instructors Travis Galindo, Chris Jordan and Kenji Stoll collaborated to provide the DuPont Intel branch with a newly stylized context for employees & their families to gather. The bright visual array of The Motherboard mural is inspired by intricate ‘chip-dyes’ microchip designers use to map out components of their work.

RPI : The Dynamism of Race & Pedagogy

October 2010 Chris Jordan & Kenji Stoll in collaboration with David Long created The Dynamism of Race & Pedagogy, a culminating artwork for the 2010 Race & Pedagogy National conference held at University of Puget Sound. The mural represents the initiative’s movement before, throughout, and beyond the 2010 conference. Informed by the artists’ participation in the Race & Pedagogy Initiative’s Community Partners Forums – the design surveys the core concerns of race & education with each ‘puzzle piece’ addressing a corresponding topic and subsequent relationships with its surrounding components.
